Returns & Refunds 

What is our returns policy?

We hope that you enjoy your Kansa products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with any item purchased through our  website, then please call us on +44 (07743879336). 

Please email with your invoice number and contact details and the reason for the return.

All of the Kansa wands I supply are individually hand made, minor imperfections are inevitable. If you are unhappy with the wand because of any minor imperfection I am happy to replace the item. Please send the wand back to the return address stated on the package using Royal Mail 2nd Class signed (this is at your own cost).


All products will be inspected upon receipt, due to hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanged on any opened or used goods.

Once the products have been returned we will issue a full refund (the price paid by you for the goods)

Please return the items by track and signed delivery or by any other means that shows proof of return. If for any reason your returned items are not received we cannot process the refund unless you can provide proof of postage. 

Distance Selling Regulations

You, the customer have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, to do this you should send a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods in their original, unopened and unused condition. If you cancel your order after we have despatched the order, then you must return the products to us at the address stated on the package. You can submit your cancellation by email.

Inspect your order

Once you have received your order, please check the package to ensure that everything is included. If there is any discrepancy with your order please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected.

What are my statutory rights?

You have the statutory right to cancel your order, no later than 14 working days after the day you receive your product. You can also cancel your order at any time prior to it being processed. Please note that orders placed before 2pm are processed on the day the order is received. After 2pm the order will be dispatched the following day. Please call customer services with your name and order reference. 

You also have a statutory right to withdraw from the order after it has been dispatched, no later than 7 working days after the day after you receive the product. Please call our customer service number with your full name, and order reference number.
