Training Terms & Conditions
IMPORTANT: Please read the following terms and conditions very carefully before booking your course. Once the course is booked the contract is legally binding.
Booking a Course
Please email info.kansawands@gmail.com to book your course, please state your level of qualification when booking and full name you would like on your certificate.
A deposit is required to secure your place, your place cannot be held until your deposit is received. You can also book your course via the online store or request an invoice via email info.kansawands@gmail.com
Once the deposit has been received a Theory manual and Anatomy & Physiology manual will be emailed to you.
Full payment will be required 14 days prior to the practical session by bank transfer. A practical manual will be provided on the day of training.
Payment details:
At the time of booking please provide your full name and delivery address. You can pay for the course by Bank Transfer.
The final payment which is required 14 days before the practical session.
All deposits and full course payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. If students do not attend on the day without prior notice, they will lose, or be responsible for the full course fee.
Pure Honest Beauty reserves the right to cancel, re-schedule or change the location of the course and, in this unlikely event will offer you an alternative course date. However, if you are unable to attend a rescheduled course, we will offer a full refund of your deposit or course fee.
All student information is confidential and will not be disclosed to any other party.
Please check that your Insurance will cover you for this course. If you require insurance after the course I can provide you with a 10% discount code for ABT insurance.
Non-Refundable Deposit
The deposit is non refundable. Once the deposit is received you will receive two theory manuals (the deposit covers admin and the cost of the two theory manuals). If you have to cancel the course date your deposit will not be returned to you. You may be able to transfer to the next course date, that will incur a charge see below. If Pure Honest Beauty has to cancel the course your deposit will not be returned to you. A new training date will be arranged.
With regard to any type of illness, virus situation which is unavoidable the deposit is non-refundable. It is very unfortunate when these situations arise, although please be assured that your training will still take place and a suitable date will be organised as soon as we can.
Notice of Attendance
If you cannot attend the practical day please give 14 days notice - another date can then be arranged. Your deposit/full payment can be transferred to the next course if adequate notice is given. Although there will be an extra charge.
Postponement charges:
14+ days notice
Allows you to move to another course date - £15.00 Admin fee
New date to be re-arranged within 6 months
Cancellation of course - deposit/full training payment - non refundable.
Less than 14 days notice
Another course date can be arranged - £25 admin fee
Cancellation of course : deposit and training fees non refundable
In the event of a genuine reason for cancellation (proof of which may be required) a request for transfer to a later course will be considered at our discretion. Any course transfer will incur an admin fee of £15, or the above charges will apply.
Insurance
Please note that to practice the Kansa Shining Light Facial Experience valid insurance is required.
All courses are Accredited by ABT (Associated Beauty Therapists)
It is your responsibility to check that your existing insurance company will accept the course for insurance purposes.
Course Attendance:
The trainer is generally available 30 minutes before the course starts. Each student is required to turn up on time for the course.
Each student will be required to give and receive treatments throughout the course to complete and be deemed competent.
Online Zoom training - you will require 1 model for the practical session, please make sure that your camera is situated so that the trainer can view the full treatment session.

Course Manual:
The course manual is the property of Pure Honest Beauty and is protected by copyright. You cannot reproduce any of the manual without express written permission. You will be in breach of contract by using the manual or teaching the subject from the manual.
The Theory manual is emailed to you prior to the practical session after receiving a non-refundable deposit, when attending the practical day you will be given a practical manual.
