This website is controlled and operated from the United Kingdom, the products supplied can be ordered from the United Kingdom, Europe and International Countries. Please be aware that if you are an international customer you may incur a tax payment before receiving your goods (this would be issued at your end). We have no idea of this cost, please check before purchasing any goods from the United Kingdom. The products available are for consumer, Salons, Spas, Therapists.

Orders & Payments
To place an order please email with delivery address and order details. Payments can be made by any of the following methods, all major credit cards, debit cards and Paypal/BACS. An invoice will be sent once an order has been received, once payment has been made you will receive a receipt of payment and goods will be despatched. Please note that all credit card/debit cardholders are subject to a validation check and authorisation by the card issuer. If there are any problems with payment you will be contacted immediately, to which you can arrange payment by another source. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Even though careful quality content of this website is checked regularly, there may occasionally be an error and products may be priced incorrectly. In this occurrence we will either contact you to ask if you wish to cancel the order, or simply cancel the order and notify you of any changes. We are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.
All products are arranged for delivery by the method shown below and sent to the specific Shipping address you have given, please specify the shipping address at the time of ordering. Please check the invoice sent and correct where necessary.
We aim to despatch all orders received before 1pm on the same day. Delivery is normally 3-5 working days to UK Mainland and also International orders. Orders made after 1pm will be processed the following working day (Monday-Friday). Once we have received your order and processed it no further items can be added to this order. If you wish to order further items please place a new order and this will be processed as a new order.
Our standard delivery service is available for all Non-UK customers. We aim to deliver between 3 and 5 working days for UK and International customers.
It is your responsibility to provide us with full and correct delivery address details including postcode. We cannot be held liable for non-delivered orders if incorrect address details were provided upon ordering. All packages returned to us as undelivered will be refunded, excluding the delivery cost. If after 5 working days you have not received your order, you must contact us at . We are not liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

Return, Refund and Cancellation policy
For any items you wish to return purchased from us please contact us on and we will issue a returns form. Any goods that are to be returned should be within 7 days of receiving the order. Please clearly state on the return forms your invoice number and contact details and select the reason for return. All products returned to Pure Honest Beauty will be inspected upon receipt, due to hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. Once goods have been returned a full refund, excluding delivery cost will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the goods. This excludes any defective items.
Please return the items by recorded delivery or by any other means that shows proof of return. If for any reason your returned items are not received we cannot process the refund unless you can provide proof of postage.
Distance Selling Regulations - You the customer have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, to do this you should send a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods in their original, unopened and unused condition. If you cancel your order after we have despatched the order, then you must return the products to us at the address stated on the package. You can submit your cancellation order by email.
Inspect your order
Once you have received your order please check the package to ensure that everything is included. If there is any discrepancy with your order please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected.
